Client Challenge
A Leading US Law Firm engaged FORCYD to assist with a time-sensitive arbitration. The matter required full eDiscovery support within a six-week window, from data collection in a European jurisdiction to final document production. The project involved collecting data on-site in a foreign country. Language differences and logistical constraints added complexity, and the firm sought a partner capable of managing these challenges without compromising the integrity of the evidence.

FORCYD Solution
FORCYD deployed a team to oversee the entire process. Data was collected in person, with coordination across local stakeholders to ensure smooth access and secure handling. Once acquired, the data underwent filtering and deduplication, reducing the volume by approximately 60 percent and allowing for a more focused review.
The team worked across several distinct data sources. In total, approximately 40 formal separate documents productions requests were handled, each with its own criteria. In addition, FORCYD identified several supplementary, while not officially requested, offered useful context for counsel.
All work was carried out using a clear and defensible methodology, in close coordination with multiple legal teams, including another UK-based firm involved in the matter. Processes were documented, decisions were traceable, and the chain of evidence was preserved with full integrity from collection through to production. This collaborative approach gave all parties confidence in the reliability of the materials and the robustness of the overall process.
